The co-founder of Storika was part of a conversation at Casa de América about identity, memory and belonging within the framework of the documentary project Techaga'u Guive / From Nostalgia – The Paraguay we carry within.

Gustavo Denis, co-founder of Storika, participated in Casa de América as one of the guest voices in El Paraguay que llevamos dentro – Techaga'u / Nostalgia que trae un país , a cultural meeting promoted by the communicator and producer María Victoria Ramírez Jou as part of the research and development process of the feature documentary Techaga'u Guive / Desde la Nostalgia – El Paraguay que llevamos dentro .

The conversation brought together Paraguayan professionals, creators, and leaders residing in Spain to reflect on a question as simple as it is profound: can a country continue to exist outside its geography?

Drawing on his experience in communication, contemporary culture, and brand building, Gustavo shared a vision of identity as a living history; a narrative that accompanies people wherever they go and that remains present in the way they create, connect, work, and build community.

Throughout the meeting, topics such as memory, belonging, migration, and cultural representation were addressed, exploring how a country can stay alive through the experiences, links, and stories of those who carry it with them beyond its borders.

Gustavo's participation was especially linked to the role of creativity and communication as tools capable of transforming identity into presence, a vision that is part of the work he develops from Storika, where narrative, image and presence are understood as inseparable elements to build stories with meaning.
